Channelled Writings
Our current view of the universe limits us in many ways to a fuller understanding of what is or is not possible cosmically, constrained as we are by our experience of a third-dimensional way of life and how we interact with it. The Beings who visited Elaine and myself between July and December 1996, made supreme efforts to be with us, in order that we might understand the knowledge they were willing to share.
Elaine and I sat faithfully once a week, taking it in turns to channel. Each session was recorded to tape, subsequently transcribed by me over many hours. A labour of love! There were no angels mentioned in the channelling, but no demons either. There was no judgement made on either side: ours (Elaine's and mine), or those who were speaking through us. We kept our minds open to whatever was to come through.
One of my reactions to publishing the chapters I had channelled (Elaine has already published hers (www.elaine-thompson.com), was that I wasn't at all sure anyone would be interested in reading them. Another difficulty was my uncertainty about being used again - after several years - as a light trance medium. Feeling rusty? I should say so! But what do you do when a complete stranger walks into the place where you work, introduces himself and subsequently offers to pay for the publication of this channelling? And so I went ahead and produced the book, How Love Works, which is my half of the conversations Elaine and I had with the spiritual and extra-terrestrial beings, who visited us back in 1996.

There are many Beings in our galaxy who stand quietly by, watching how we are progressing, how we are learning the lessons of love and brotherhood/sisterhood. The Beings who visited Ann and Elaine in a small meditation room of an ordinary semi-detached house in an English country town, brought with them a complete understanding of what we as humans have come to experience on this small but significant planet called Earth. Their wise words are a special gift.
